1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- The item is returned within 7 days of delivery.
- The item is a standard (non-customized) product.
Non-Eligible Items:
- Custom-made or personalized products, including tailored kilts and accessories, are non-refundable unless defective.
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” are not eligible for returns.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at info@thescotkilt.com with your order number, item details, and reason for the return.
- Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and the return address.
- Packaging: Pack the item securely, including all original packaging and tags.
- Shipping: Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will:
- Notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Process your refund to your original payment method within 7 Days.
Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for eligible items in their original condition. To request an exchange:
- Follow the same steps as the return process.
- Specify the item and size you wish to exchange for in your email.
If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.
5. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective or incorrect item:
- Contact us at info@thescotkilt.com within 7 Days of receiving the item.
- Provide photos of the issue for quicker resolution.
- We will cover return shipping costs and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
6. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellations are not possible.
7. International Returns
For international customers:
- Follow the same return process.
- Be aware that customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.
